The Metzlers are tubeless. I just had them put on my bike. They feel really different. With the standard tires, you have to push the bike to make it lean; with the Metzlers, it takes just the slightest touch. And powering out of a slow turn is so much nicer, now; I can really use the power to straighten up the bike. That's all I've learned so far--I'm working up to dragging the pegs!

By the way, I had my dealer install the tires after buying them from Motorcycle Accessory Warehouse. He charged $35 a tire (this in the SF Bay Area) and insisted on photocopying the tire purchase receipt. He said a S Calif dealer lost a major lawsuit by installing tires the bike owner had brought in. When one of the tires proved defective and the rider was badly hurt, the dealer had to take responsibility because he didn't have the receipt and so couldn't pass the responsibility on to the tire manufacturer.
